Cardio & Glutes Workout

Hey everybody!

This was actually yesterday’s workout! I ran to my nutritionist’s office for an appointment, went on a WAY TOO MAJOR shop for more dorm supplies and clothing (because T.J. Maxx and Bed, Bath & Beyond have a way with vending), and then rocked shopping bags, a curtain rod, and a lovely coating of sweat on the A train. I did strength many chugs of C2O coconut water later, and was a bit gentle because subway stairs, alone, aid in Beyoncé-ing bums.

Work those glutes, ripened fruits!
