It’s happening again.

Another first-of-many post is coming your way!! The first one (Munchie Monday) will make you full, and this one will make you fit. Welcome to Workout Wednesday! Hmm, I wonder what WORKOUT Wednesday will consist of. I know, it’s a tough one. Think longgg and hard people.

Can I get some of that brain juice? Because, dang, you on fire.

Here’s the first arm and back workout. If you struggle to reach an upper shelf in your cabinet the day after you do it, you’re doing something right.
